Financial arrangements . . .

Fees are based on the severity of the problem, length and complexity of treatment. We offer a variety of payment methods.

We accept credit card payments and payments directly from your insurance company.  We will make financial arrangements with you for that portion of the fee that is not covered by your insurance.  For added convenience, we also offer our in-house financing, which will assist in monthly payments.
